Self Encouragement

I see myself as one of those players, not the coach.
If you want to use soccer ferminology, I play defence.
We pass the ball to them and they try to score, and if they fail, we stop the ball and pass it back to them for another short at the goal.
Being in the defence, we see things better from the back so we try to guide them on how to score.
But in team, I think I am the captain.
I wear the captain’s band and tell people what to do and encourage them along to do it.
